Freedom Challenge II

This post is dedicated to expressions of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

In America’s Declaration of Independence, the fifty-seven Signers of the Unanimous Declaration penned grievances against the King of Great Britain:

“He refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good!”

“He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained, and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.”

Amendment I.  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

“He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.”

These patriotic men above traveled approximately thirty miles in seven hours, they said, on their way to a rodeo.  They are something we don’t see everyday on a major highway.

I issue the Freedom Challenge to you!

God bless America!
